Pedro Docarmo — Mediation & Dispute Resolution

Pedro Docarmo is a Nationally Accredited Mediator under the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS), accredited through the Resolution Institute.

As a Strata Manager, Pedro has managed portfolios of residential and mixed-use schemes: by-law disagreements, common property and defect disputes, levy and budget conflicts, neighbour complaints and owners corporation deadlocks. That operational background gives him rare, hands-on insight into the disputes he now mediates.

Pedro has attended strata disputes at NSW Fair Trading and represented Owners Corporations in NCAT tribunal cases, successfully assisting clients in reaching resolution. He has also project-managed large-scale developments, including a $100 million redevelopment in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Pedro holds a Business degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), class of 2011.
